Global Kinect operates in eleven MENA countries. Not “MENA plus.” Not “global, with MENA support.” Just the eleven: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan. The depth we have in each country exists because we’re not splitting attention across continents. The engine absorbs regulatory updates in days, not quarters, because the team holds the rule book in their heads.

Global Kinect is founder-led on engineering and commercial. The Saudi calculator — the bit that handles GOSI dual-tier, Saudization band thresholds, EOSB tier transitions — was built by the founder. Customers who want a regulatory question answered get the founder, not a support ticket. As the company grows this directness will evolve; the operational discipline of founder-level regulatory absorption stays structural to how we keep the engine current.
TWO PRODUCTS
Direct Payroll and EOR-Engine. One MENA engine underneath.
Direct Payroll runs the workforce for end-employer businesses operating in MENA — five configurations from Bureau (we calculate, you submit) to Managed plus HRIS (autonomous, sign-off only). EOR-Engine is the separate product for established MENA EOR providers running their own end-client books — the operating platform that didn’t exist before we built it. Both products run on the same MENA-specific statutory engine. Different buyers, different sales motions, equal commercial weight.
OUR OPERATING DISCIPLINE
What we choose to be, and choose not to be.
Direct outbound only — no partner channel, no commission-based referral, no reseller network. We disqualify carefully — under-fifty-employee operations, contractor-heavy workforces without stable structure, decision-makers without operational discipline. We don’t pitch what we don’t do — no ATS, no performance management, no generic accounting, no payroll outside the eleven MENA countries. The shape of the company is a function of what we’ve deliberately said no to.
