COVERAGE · ELEVEN MENA COUNTRIES

Eleven countries. One rule book.

Global Kinect runs a payroll and workforce platform across eleven MENA countries — GCC, Egypt, the Maghreb, the Levant. Every country with the same engine, the same audit trail, and a country lead who answers the phone in the local timezone.

Which MENA countries does Global Kinect cover?

Global Kinect operates across eleven MENA countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan. Bureau and Bureau plus HRIS configurations are available across all eleven. Managed and Managed plus HRIS configurations are available across the six GCC states (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) where Global Kinect entity ownership permits. Each country has the same engine handling its specific statutory regimes — GOSI, WPS, Mudad, GPSSA, ILOE, EOSB, IGR, CNSS, SSC, and the six nationalisation regimes per country.

WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE

A country lead per country. Not a support queue.

Each country has a named lead on the Global Kinect side. They handle review questions, statutory edge cases, pre-submission queries, and the operational handoff during onboarding. No support-queue routing for cycle-level questions. The lead in Saudi knows the Mudad rules because they handle the Mudad submissions; the lead in UAE knows the GPSSA federal-vs-DIFC split because they work it every week.
