Questions about recruitment

How does recruitment work in Global Kinect?

Vacancies go out on your careers site and to your agencies through their own portal. Candidates move through your stages on a board, from screening to interview and offer. Each offer goes through your approval chain before the candidate sees it. An accepted offer becomes a new starter, with the offer's pay on the record payroll reads from.

Do agencies get their own access?
Yes. Agencies submit candidates through their own portal, and each introduction stays recorded against the agency that made it.
Can candidates follow their application?
Yes. Candidates apply on your careers site and can see where their application stands, and choose an interview time there.
Can we set our own stages?
Yes. Each vacancy follows one of several stage plans, from a single screen, interview and offer to two interviews with an assessment.

Start with payroll. Add the rest when you need it.
