We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide our Employer of Record and payroll services, improve our website, and send relevant communications if you've opted in. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Lawful Basis for Processing
We rely on the equivalent of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — when you submit demo enquiries, contact-form messages, or proposal requests, and for the ongoing provision of services to existing customers. We rely on the equivalent of Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests — when you submit your work email and inputs to one of our calculators, so that we can provide a useful indicative calculation and follow up on serious enquiries. We rely on the equivalent of Article 6(1)(a) — your consent — for any marketing communications you have opted in to receive; you may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Lead-capture data (gate emails, demo enquiries, proposal requests) is retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless the relationship has converted to an active customer engagement. Customer data is retained for the duration of the contract, plus the statutory minimum required by applicable UAE tax and employment law. Calculator inputs are not stored on our infrastructure beyond the lead-capture record described above. Marketing opt-in records are retained until you withdraw consent, or after 36 months of inactivity. Server and hosting access logs are retained per our hosting provider's default policy (typically 30 days).
Third Parties Who Process Your Data on Our Behalf
We use the following processors to deliver this site and the services it offers, each bound by an appropriate data-processing agreement: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form-submission processing); Sanity.io (blog and resource content management); and Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Bookings, for demo scheduling, where displayed). We do not transfer your personal data to any other third party except where required by law.
