MENA PAYROLL · ELEVEN COUNTRIES · ONE PLATFORM

Automated where it should be.Compliant where you can't be.Human where it matters.

MENA payroll, done properly.

Stop running a different bureau in every MENA country. One platform — payroll calculated, statutory submitted, the audit trail signed — across all eleven. When a GOSI rate or a Saudization band changes, we absorb it in your next cycle, not next quarter.

What is Global Kinect?

Global Kinect is a payroll and workforce platform for businesses operating across the eleven MENA countries — Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan. Instead of a different bureau in every country, you run the whole workforce on one system — payroll calculated, statutory submitted, the audit trail signed: the workforce control surface for MENA. Two products sit on it: Direct Payroll for end-employer businesses (Bureau across all eleven, Managed across the six GCC, HRIS as the path to autonomous), and EOR-Engine for established MENA EOR providers running their own client books. Both run on the same statutory engine — Saudi GOSI, the WPS wage-protection files, Mudad submissions, UAE GPSSA and ILOE, end-of-service (EOSB), Egypt’s IGR income tax, and the six Gulf nationalisation regimes. When a rule changes — a GOSI rate, a Saudization band — we absorb it in your next cycle, not next quarter. UK-incorporated, with a Dubai office and Saudi data residency in Jeddah.

One platform

One platform for your MENA workforce.

A missed Mudad window. A rejected WPS file. A mis-banded Saudization penalty. Run MENA payroll across scattered providers and the cost lands at month-end — after the fact. The engine does the calculation; the platform is what you run your workforce on. One system, across the eleven countries you run: payroll calculated, statutory submitted where you’ve handed us the keys, workforce data captured, visas tracked, contracts generated, the audit trail signed and immutable.

The two layers

Pick the depth. Both are complete.

Two layers. Both complete. Layer One is consolidation — one platform for the bureau-per-country, spreadsheet-per-month mess. Layer Two is autonomous — changes captured as they happen, the cycle runs on captured data, you sign off. Different buyers, different depths.

LAYER ONE · CONSOLIDATION

One platform across eleven MENA countries.

One place to send monthly payroll data. One engine handling calculation across the eleven. One unified output. Replaces the fragmented bureau-per-country, spreadsheet-per-month operation. Bureau when you submit to the regimes yourself; Managed when we submit on your behalf across the six GCC states where entity ownership permits. Both configurations are Layer One — same depth, different ownership split.

  • Bureau · across all eleven MENA countries
  • Bureau plus HRIS · same plus continuous data capture
  • Managed · across six GCC states · we submit on your behalf
  • Managed plus HRIS · same plus continuous data capture (path to Layer Two)

LAYER TWO · AUTONOMOUS PAYROLL

The cycle runs on captured data.

The deeper proposition. HRIS captures workforce changes continuously — starters, leavers, salary updates, allowances, leave, time — as they happen. By payroll cut-off, the data already exists. The cycle runs on captured data. The customer does not prepare a monthly diff. Customer involvement collapses to review and sign-off.

  • No monthly diff to prepare
  • No starter-leaver chase
  • No reconciliation between systems
  • Cycle runs on captured data; you review and sign off

Most teams start at Layer One and grow into Layer Two when continuous capture earns its place. Same platform either way — you change how much you hand over, not who you work with.

Two products · equal weight

Two products. One MENA engine.

One MENA engine underneath. Two products on top. Different buyers, different sales motions, equal weight.

PRODUCT · DIRECT PAYROLL

Direct Payroll

For end-employer businesses running their own MENA workforces. Bureau, Bureau plus HRIS, Managed, Managed plus HRIS, and Direct EOR — the five configurations that span the maturity arc. From consolidation (Layer One) to autonomous payroll (Layer Two). The product most end-employer teams start with.

Direct Payroll
PRODUCT · EOR-ENGINE

EOR-Engine

For established MENA EOR providers running their own client books. One engine for multi-country MENA payroll, with the full operational layer around it: visa tracking, contract management, onboarding/offboarding, statutory reminders, sub-client templating, and aggregated visibility across every book. The platform you would have built in-house, given the years — white-label or co-branded.

What we are

We do the whole job. One system, built for MENA.

Three kinds of tool each do a piece of this job. Global Kinect was built to do all of it.

01

Payroll is the product, not a feature.

Finance and HR get one place to run every MENA cycle — see what is going out, control it before it does, and pull a signed audit trail on demand. That operational layer above the calculation is the whole product here, not a module bolted onto something larger.

02

One system, not a bureau with bolt-ons.

The data layer, the calculation layer, and the operational layer run as one system — integrated, not stitched together from a calculation engine and a separate HR tool. The calculation was always the easy part; the integration is what we built.

03

MENA rules run, not listed.

GOSI’s dual tiers per employee, the GPSSA federal-vs-DIFC split, Mudad submission windows, EOSB transitions across Saudi, UAE and Kuwait, Egypt’s progressive brackets, the six nationalisation regimes — encoded into the engine and handled before you would think to ask, not left in a support doc for you to track.

One system where Finance and HR run the entire MENA workforce — calculation, submission, and the signed audit trail, in one place.

Coverage

Eleven MENA countries. One platform.

Across the GCC, Egypt, the Maghreb, and the Levant — payroll calculated, statutory submitted, workforce data captured, all from a single submission.
