Questions about employing in Senegal
What does it take to employ a foreign national in Senegal?
In Senegal, a foreign employee's contract is written and approved by the Director-General of Labour and Social Security before work starts. The employer applies for that approval. Silence for seven clear days counts as approval. A refusal voids the contract. The employer then pays the return journey of a worker it brought from abroad.
