Global Kinect prices per engagement, not from a public sticker. Bureau is priced per payslip, per country, per cycle — volume tiers from fifty employees. Managed is priced per employee, per month, per country. Direct EOR is priced per employee, per month, plus setup. Every engagement is scoped to country mix, headcount, and delivery model; we return a real number — not a range — inside one business day.

HOW EACH CONFIGURATION PRICES

Three models. Pick by configuration.

What you’re buying: an engine that absorbs a GOSI rate or a Saudization band change in your next cycle, not next quarter. And the month-end you stop spending on reconciliation. We don’t price to be the cheapest line item. We price the operation you stop running. Pricing reflects how the platform delivers ( see /platform for the architecture). Different configurations price differently because the unit of work is different. Bureau is calculation per payslip. Managed is operational responsibility per employee. Direct EOR is employer-of-record per employee plus the one-time setup. The model is honest about what we’re delivering; the number is honest about your scope.
