MANAGED

Hand it over. Keep the sign-off.

We operate the full payroll cycle on the Global Kinect platform. You see every input, every line, every approval. Submission on your behalf where Global Kinect entity ownership permits — the six GCC states today.

What is Global Kinect’s Managed Payroll service?

Managed is the Global Kinect configuration where we run the payroll cycle on your behalf. We operate the full cycle on the platform and submit to the regimes — Mudad, GOSI, WPS, GPSSA where applicable — on your behalf. Available across the six GCC states (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) where Global Kinect entity ownership or authorised-agent standing permits. You see every input, every calculation, every approval; your involvement reduces to review and sign-off. Managed plus HRIS adds continuous data capture for autonomous control.

THE OWNERSHIP MODEL

Same engine as Bureau. Different ownership.

Managed is a Layer One configuration inside Global Kinect’s workforce control surface ( see /platform for the architecture). Same engine as Bureau; the difference is the submission step. In Bureau, you sign off and submit yourself. In Managed, you sign off and we submit on your behalf — to Mudad, GOSI, WPS, GPSSA, wherever your operation files. Available across the six GCC states because that’s where Global Kinect holds entity ownership or authorised-agent standing. Adding HRIS (Managed plus HRIS) moves the configuration into Layer Two — autonomous payroll from captured workforce data.

At scale the pain isn’t fragmentation. It’s compliance load against one regime, where a mis-banded Saudization calc or a slow rate change costs real money across thousands of payslips. When a MENA rule changes, we absorb it in your next cycle — not next quarter, not whenever someone owns the customisation. Rule changes are monitored closely and encoded straight into the engine: no account-manager layer between a regulatory update and your payroll. That’s the speed a thousands-of-people Saudi or UAE operation needs.

THE CYCLE

Five steps. We carry four of them.

01

Send the diff

You author the workforce changes (or HRIS streams them under Managed plus HRIS). Same input shape as Bureau.

02

Engine runs

Statutory calculation per regime per GCC country. Same engine, same rules, same outputs as Bureau.

03

Variance pack out

Full visibility on every calculation. Anomalies flagged inline; country lead available for questions.

04

You sign off

Sign off per country. Your one step in the cycle.

05

We submit

Mudad / GOSI / WPS / GPSSA submission on your behalf where the framework permits. Confirmation back to you per regime.

GCC-GATED

Six GCC states today. Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman.

Managed is the entity-gated configuration. Available where Global Kinect holds entity ownership or authorised-agent standing — currently the six GCC states. Bureau remains available across all eleven MENA countries; pick Bureau for the non-GCC five (Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan) and mix-and-match per country.

Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, Lebanon, Jordan: Bureau available; Managed planned as entity coverage extends. Talk to us if Managed coverage in a non-GCC country is a hard requirement.

THE HRIS ADD-ON

Managed plus HRIS. The autonomous configuration.

Managed plus HRIS captures workforce changes continuously through the platform. By payroll cut-off, the data already exists. The cycle runs on captured data. We submit. You sign off. Your involvement in the cycle reduces to review and sign-off — and the data preparation work that defines month-end today disappears entirely.

THE OPERATIONAL REALITY

What “we run it” actually means.

Managed isn’t a black box. You see every input the engine took, every calculation it ran, every approval that fired, every submission we made. Country leads available for review questions; variance packs flag anomalies before they reach you; audit trail is signed and immutable per cycle. The operational handoff doesn’t cost you visibility. And when a regime queries a submission, we handle the response — it’s our submission to defend, not a ticket we hand back to you.

01

Full visibility per cycle.

Every input, every calculation, every approval — visible in the platform per cycle, per employee, per regime. Five-year audit retention by default.

02

Country lead available.

Per-country lead on the Global Kinect side for review questions, statutory edge cases, and pre-submission queries. No support-queue routing for cycle-level questions.

03

Anomaly flagging upstream.

Variance pack flags anomalies (out-of-band changes, missing data, edge cases) before they reach your sign-off. Issues caught at calculation, not at submission.

Compliance at scale, absorbed in days.

Thousands of people against one regime, and a single rate change or band miscalculation costs real money? Bring three months of your last cycle; we mirror it in the demo. No slides.
