Payroll Bureau · United Arab Emirates
UAE payroll, WPS on time, EOSB to the day.
Calculation-only payroll for United Arab Emirates operators. Drop a diff, get a complete payroll pack back, sign off, submit. The engine sits with us; the relationship sits with you.
We calculate UAE payroll for companies operating their own entity. WPS file generated in the right format, on the right date, every cycle. GPSSA tracked on the federal-versus-DIFC split. EOSB on the early-tier / full-tier rule, accruing on every run. ILOE handling for unemployment insurance. Mainland and free zone employees handled in one cycle. You submit through your bank's WPS channel. Your registrations, your sponsorship, your relationships.
What's calculated
UAE payroll, line by line
Frameworks and tiers carried in the engine. Specific rates change; the engine updates centrally so your next cycle reflects whatever the regulator has moved.
- WPS
Wage Protection System file generated in your bank's required SIF format. Cycle aligned to the cut-off you set with your bank.
- GPSSA
Federal vs DIFC split handled per-employee. Engine reads entity location and applies the right pension scheme automatically.
- EOSB
Tier transition handled on tenure. The early-tier rule applies in the first years; the full-tier rule applies after the threshold. Liability movement on every cycle.
- ILOE
Unemployment insurance scheduled per employee subject to the contribution rule. Bracketed contribution handled where applicable.
- Emiratisation
Quota banding visibility per cycle. Engine surfaces shortfall posture before sign-off.
- Mainland vs free zone
Employee status carried through to the cycle. Mainland and free zone differences handled inside one payroll run, not split across two.

FAQ
Common questions about UAE payroll
Do I need to register for ILOE?
Yes. ILOE registration is the employer's responsibility under federal regulations. Bureau covers the contribution calculation and schedule generation; you handle the registration and any opt-in arrangements with the scheme operator.
Federal GPSSA vs DIFC scheme — which applies to me?
Depends on entity location. Federal jurisdiction applies the standard GPSSA scheme; DIFC employers apply the DIFC employee workplace savings (DEWS) scheme instead. The engine reads your entity location per employee and applies the right contribution structure.
What if my employees are mixed mainland and free zone?
Both handled in one cycle. Each employee's entity location drives the calculations applied to their line. You get a single consolidated payroll pack rather than two separate runs.
How do you handle the EOSB tier transition?
On tenure. The engine tracks each employee's continuous service and applies the early-tier rule before the threshold and the full-tier rule after. Liability movement is reported on every cycle so the final settlement number isn't a surprise.
Can you generate the SIF for my bank?
Yes. SIF format varies by bank — we generate the file in the structure your bank requires. If your bank changes the format, we update the generator centrally.
Does Emiratisation affect my payroll calculations?
Not the calculation directly — Emiratisation is a workforce-composition obligation, not a payroll deduction. The engine surfaces banding state on every cycle so your HR team can see posture without running a separate report.
